Seel Street Liverpool
Seel Street Liverpool Nightlife
We’ve been getting the odd enquiry about where to go besides Concert Square and Mathew Street. Clubbers complaining about too many lads and scallies in the bars and clubs. We recommend checking out the St Peter's Square and Seel Street nightlife areas, ironically, just two minutes from Concert Square.
Seel Street is a cool and funky nightlife area in Liverpool with many great bars and clubs, popular area for the cool kids and big student hotspot with venues such as Brooklyn Mixer, Heebie Jeebies with 3 floors and basement dance sessions, Bar 54 for the club anthems and a bit of glamour, and not forgetting Arts Club for the dirty clubs nights and locked out gigs showcasing some of the best up-and-coming indie talent in Liverpool, and beyond. Add Lago and Dirty O’Sheas into the mix and you have an area packed full of cool places to party.
Plenty going on around Seel Street which has built up its own independent nightlife over the years and a solid choice for a night out in Liverpool, which also joins onto St Peter’s Square, not as trendy as it once was but still, another prime drinking area with popular venues like, Ink Bar for the RnB lovers and Soul Train for the mature drinkers.
Overall, Seel Street gives you a taste of indie, urban, dance, and trendy all in one place with a few venues suited for the 25+ mixed in for good measure.
"For the older crowd: one place and one place only... Seel Street. Full of great bars. Soul Train to start. Good vibe and cheap drinks." Visitor Review
