Event Details
The theme is NEON GLOW - wear your brightest neon colourful exercise clothes, trainers, tutus, neon facepaint, anything goes!! No heels!! .... Let's get our GLOW ON woop woop Clubbercise Style!!
CLUBBERCISE GLOW PARTY is on Friday 31st March 2017, 7pm till late!! 7pm-9:30pm will be CLUBBERCISE, led by a mix of fantastic instructors from across the North West. Then from 9:30pm onwards will be the AFTER PARTY with live Dj Chris Butler and the drinks bar will be open throughout the night!!.
Ticket price is £10 when booked in advance or you can pay on the door. Tickets include Clubbercise Glow Party, After Party, free shot on arrival and glow in the dark whistle.

All proceeds are going to #SaveOurKatie appeal. Katie is a girl from Liverpool who is battling leukaemia for the second time. Her family are desperately raising money for her to receive specialist treatment in Seattle, USA.

Fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness routines using rave glow sticks to club anthems from 90?s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights.
Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise dance fitness classes are great if you’re just starting out on a fitness regime as a complete beginner or if you’re already a fitness freak! Suitable for all abilities as you take the class at your own pace! It's not about getting the moves perfect or going the right way, it's just about keeping moving and have FUN!
You will need glow sticks to participate in the class, they are £5 a pair. Once u have bought your glow sticks they are yours to keep so you can rave and re use them in every class! Glow sticks will be available for sale at the event. If you already have Clubbercise glowsticks you can bring them along to use.
