The main card is the stuff of dreams, Conor McGregor aims to become the first person in UFC history to hold belts in two divisions simultaneously as he takes on Eddie Alvarez for the lightweight strap. Alvarez is a veteran of the game who's competed in MMA since 2003, he brings a level of ferocity and sets pace that is rarely matched.

Since joining the UFC we've seen a much more calculated Alvarez, recently picking up decision victories over Anthony Pettis & Gilbert Melendez. When he faced Dos Anjos for the UFC belt, we saw the Alvarez of old, as he unloaded a battery of punches to finish Rafael Dos Anjos in the first round.

Eddie's opponent requires little introduction, the notorious one has capulted himself into the limelight after blasting through the UFC's featherweight division, securing the belt, losing to Nate Diaz by submission and then gaining revenge in a barnburner of a main event at UFC 202.

The co-main event sees newly crowned welterweight champ Tyron Woodley face off against striking sensation Stephen 'Wonderboy' Thompson. Woodley won the belt from Robbie Lawler at UFC 201 in July by way of a devastating KO in the first round. His oppenent Wonderboy, is on a 7 fight win streak and looks like one of the most elite strikers to ever step foot in the Octagon.

Rounding off the trio of title bouts is Joanna Jedrzejczyk v Karolina Kowalkiewicz for the Women's Strawweight Title, if you've seen them throw down before, you'll know you won't want to miss these two Polish fighters go at it.
