Christmas is over, mornings are dark, evenings are dark, the weather is cold and we're back to uni...
BUT FEAR NOT, Harry and Percy present to you THE formal event of the year!!!
The Liverpool Medical Students' Society ANNUAL BALL 2017
at Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory!
It's time to leave the stresses of uni and the struggles of winter behind you and enjoy our scrumdiddlyumptious party in a world of pure imagination at Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory!
Tickets will be available to purchase online at www.lmssonline.co.uk and from committee members when we return from the Christmas holidays. There is a £1.50 PayPal fee so you can also purchase tickets directly from Harry or Percy with cash if you wish to avoid this.
LMSS Members £33
Non-members £35 (please be honest, we will be checking)
Doctors £38
You must then collect your ticket in a purple envelope from Percy, Harry, a year rep or from a committee member in hospital.

Whats more, if you purchase your ticket early (the first 200), you'll be in with a chance to win 1 of 5 golden tickets. These will be hidden randomly in 5 of the first 200 purple envelopes. Golden ticket winners will receive a chocolatey prize as well as a bottle to celebrate!
Arriving at the Britannia Adelphi Hotel, you will be greeted with a champagne reception. You will then be taken into the main room where a 2 course meal (starter and main) will be served. You will also be able to enjoy our mid-course entertainment.
Dress code - black tie and ball gowns
Starter - Leek and potato soup (suitable for vegetarians)
Main - Baked breast of chicken wrapped in bacon topped with mozzarella cheese & served with a Madeira wine sauce.
Main (vegetarian) - Mediterranean vegetable wellington with a spicy tomato sauce
A chocolate fountain and plenty of sweets throughout the factory will be available for you to feast on instead of a sit down dessert.
Please contact Harry and Percy if you require the vegetarian menu or if you have any other dietary enquiries.
As per tradition, this event comes with free corkage so don't forget to bring your own drinks to enjoy with the meal.
This will be followed by a charity raffle before the party kicks off with live music and a DJ until 1.30am.
All this will take place in the chocolate factory itself and there will be a photographer on hand to capture the evenings events!
We promise to make this the greastest event of the year so DO NOT miss out and buy your ticket early to be in with a chance of winning a golden ticket!
